Portal 2 ganó a Mejor Juego del Año

Hoy se llevó a cabo la premiación de los BAFTA 2012 Video Game Awards en el Reino Unido, en donde los títulos Batman: Arkham city y L.A. Noire fueron los que contaron con ocho nominaciones cada uno, incluída la categoría Mejor Juego del Año.

A continuación los ganadores:

- El Premio Especial fue para el creador del exitoso "Minecraft", Markus "Notch" Persson.

- Mejor Videojuego del Año: Portal 2 (Development Team Valve/Valve)

- Mejor Videojuego de Acción: Batman: Arkham City (Rocksteady Studios/Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment)

- Mejor Logro Artístico: Rayman Origins (Michel Ancel, Celine Tellier, Christophe Villez UBlart Montpellier/Ubisoft)

- Mejor Logro de  Audio: Battlefield 3 (Stefan Strandberg, Bence Pajor, Carl Vikman - Dice/Electronic Arts)

- Mejor Videojuego Debut: Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet (Michel Gagne, Joe Olson Shadow Planet Productions/Microsoft Studios)

- Mejor Diseño: Portal 2 (Valve)

- Mejor Juego Familiar: LittleBigPlanet 2 (Development Team Media Molecule/Sony Computer Entertainment Europe)

- Mejor Innovación de videojuego: LittleBigPlanet 2 (Media Molecule/Sony Computer Entertainment Europe)

- Mejor Videojuego para Móviles: Peggle HD (JP Vaughan, Paul O´Donnell, Sukhbir Sidhu - Popcap Games/Electronic Arts)

- Mejor Videojuego Online/Navegador: Monstermind (Henrique Olifiers, Mike Bithell, Ric Moore Bossa Studios/Bossa Studios)

- Mejor Videojuego Online Multiplayer: Battlefield 3 (Lars Gustavsson, Alan Kertz, Patrick O´Shaughnessy - Dice/Electronic Arts)

- Mejor Música Original: L.A. Noire (Andrew Hale, Simon Hale - Team Bondi/Rockstar Games)

- Mejor Intérprete: Mark Hamill (The Joker) – Batman: Arkham City

- Mejor Videojuego de Deportes/Fitness: Kinect Sports 2 (Development Team Rare and Big Park Studios/Microsoft Studios)

- Mejor Historia: Portal 2 (Development Team - Valve)

- Mejor Videojuego de Estrategia: Total War: SHOGUN 2 (Development Team - Creative Assembly/SEGA)

- GAME Awards 2011: Battlefield 3 (Dice/Electronic Arts)
